Pipeline Growth Media provides digital marketing and lead generation services, primarily through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Specific deliverables, scope, and fees are set forth in a separate service agreement or proposal for each client.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We use our experience and best efforts to improve your advertising performance, but we do not guarantee any specific results. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, product-market fit, creative performance, and your sales process. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is transparent: your advertising budget is paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Meta) for ad spend, and Pipeline Growth Media charges a separate management fee for strategy, campaign management, optimization, and delivery. All fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are described in your service agreement or proposal.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets or access reasonably required for us to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that your advertising accounts, websites, and landing pages comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and industry regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Materials we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement are governed by your service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Details of our working relationship, including campaign data and business strategies, will be handled in accordance with the confidentiality provisions in your service agreement or proposal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeline Growth Media and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipeline Growth Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
